Do you already have an account with us and have now logged in with Apple Sign in and have been asked to create a new account?You probably selected “Hide my email address” when using Apple Sign In which logs you into the app with a unique email address, something like this: XXXXX@privaterelay.appleid.com. When we send you an email we send it to this email address and Apple forwards the email to your actual email address. The problem is, that if you already had an account with us using your actual email address we are unable to match your original account to this new “Apple” email address. If you don’t care about your old account (i.e. you haven’t checked-in), then just create a new account, otherwise follow these instructions:
1.Quit the app
2.Follow these steps to stop hiding the email address from the MY PERSONAL TRAINER app: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210426
3.Login to the app using Apple Sign In and untick the hide email address option
