How do I subscribe to MyPT?
  1. When logged in to the app, click on the hamburger menu in the top left
  2. Click the black “Subscribe” button
  3. Select the subscription that works best for you
  4. Complete the purchase as you would normally for your iOS and Android device.
How do I cancel my subscription purchased directly via the Apple App Store?
  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap Cancel subscription
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription has already been canceled.
How do I cancel my subscription purchased directly via the Google Play Store?
  1. On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play
  2. Tap Cancel subscription
  3. Select the subscription that you want to cancel
  4. Follow the on screen instructions
How do I cancel my subscription to MyPT purchased via the www.myptapp.co.uk website?
  1. Navigate to your Stripe customer portal: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/5kA29Mdv02G8dDqdQQ
  2. Enter your email address that you signed up with
  3. Click the link that is emailed to you
  4. Manage your subscription using the portal

My Account

Apple Sign In – Unable to access an existing account?
Do you already have an account with us and have now logged in with Apple Sign in and have been asked to create a new account?You probably selected “Hide my email address” when using Apple Sign In which logs you into the app with a unique email address, something like this: XXXXX@privaterelay.appleid.com. When we send you an email we send it to this email address and Apple forwards the email to your actual email address. The problem is, that if you already had an account with us using your actual email address we are unable to match your original account to this new “Apple” email address. If you don’t care about your old account (i.e. you haven’t checked-in), then just create a new account, otherwise follow these instructions:
1.Quit the app
2.Follow these steps to stop hiding the email address from the MY PERSONAL TRAINER app: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210426
3.Login to the app using Apple Sign In and untick the hide email address option
How to delete my account?
You have the right to delete your account and any data that we store about you. In order to do this, open the app, reveal the side menu and tap the “Delete Account” menu item. Once you have confirmed that you wish to delete you account
